Pat PKR Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player," "you," "your") and Pat PKR ("Pat PKR," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at patpkr.bet. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service available on the Pat PKR platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Pat PKR platform in any capacity. Your continued use of Pat PKR following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

To register and maintain an account at Pat PKR, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate entities may not register as players.

Pat PKR reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within seven days of request may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending the outcome of any related review.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Pat PKR account. The registration of duplicate, secondary or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where Pat PKR identifies multiple accounts linked to the same person, device, IP address, payment method or household, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be voided at our discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Pat PKR will never ask for your password by email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify Pat PKR support immediately. We accept no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain appropriate account security.

• You must use your own name, mobile number and payment details when registering.
• Account sharing with any other person is not permitted.
• All personal details provided to Pat PKR must be verifiable and match your official identity documentation.
• Pat PKR will send account notifications to the mobile number and email address on file — keep these updated.

Pat PKR operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming standards. All players may be required to submit a copy of their CNIC, proof of address or source of funds documentation before large withdrawals are processed.

All deposits and transactions on Pat PKR are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency is accepted and no currency conversion is applied to your account balance. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by Pat PKR, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.

Pat PKR accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all widely used and trusted by Pakistani players:

Withdrawals from Pat PKR are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed automatically for standard amounts and are typically delivered within five minutes for EasyPaisa and JazzCash transfers.

Large withdrawal requests (above Rs 100,000 in a single transaction) may be subject to additional verification. Pat PKR may request identity documentation, source of funds evidence or other information before releasing such payments. This process typically completes within 24 hours provided satisfactory documentation is submitted promptly.

• You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Pat PKR reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending KYC verification, responsible gaming review or fraud investigation.
• Any taxes applicable under Pakistani law on gambling winnings are solely the responsibility of the player.

Pat PKR does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. Bank IBFT withdrawals may carry a nominal charge applied by your bank, which is outside Pat PKR's control.

Pat PKR offers promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. In the absence of offer-specific terms, these general bonus rules apply:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household and per payment method.
• All deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated on each promotion page.
• Wagering contributions from different game types may vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while some table games contribute at a reduced rate. Check the specific promotion for details.

• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through arbitrage, matched betting using Pat PKR bonus funds, or coordinated play is a breach of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

Sports bets placed at Pat PKR are governed by the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or event-specific rules displayed in the relevant betting market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the Pat PKR platform.
• Odds are offered at the time of bet placement. In-play odds fluctuate in real time — the odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to your wager.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or not completed within 24 hours of its original scheduled start time, Pat PKR will void all bets on that event and return stakes to player accounts.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (where an odds value is clearly incorrect due to data feed error), Pat PKR reserves the right to void affected bets. Players who have knowingly exploited pricing errors are in breach of these Terms.
• Minimum bet stake: Rs 100. Maximum stake per event varies by sport and market — displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Accumulator bets at Pat PKR are settled based on the combined result of all selections. A single void leg in an accumulator reduces the remaining selections — it does not void the entire accumulator.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account immediately upon official result confirmation.

Pat PKR's casino section includes slots, live dealer table games, fishing arcade games, Ludo and other interactive products. All casino games offered on Pat PKR are sourced from licensed third-party providers and use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine outcomes.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each slot and table game are available in the individual game information panel. Pat PKR does not manipulate published RTP values and has no ability to alter certified RNG outcomes for any game on the platform.

• Minimum casino bet: Rs 50. Maximum bets vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection mid-round or technical error that results in an incomplete game, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance.
• Winnings from casino games are credited to your balance immediately upon round completion.

Pat PKR is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or AI tools to place bets or make game decisions at Pat PKR.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any Pat PKR game or betting market.
• Exploiting known software bugs, glitches or system errors. Any player who identifies a platform error must report it to support and must not exploit it.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed with a payment provider in bad faith where the underlying transaction was legitimate.

In no event shall Pat PKR's total liability to any player exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

Pat PKR reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked inactive. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be returned via the most recent payment method on file.
• Player request for account closure or self-exclusion.

When an account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the account and pending withdrawals will be reinstated promptly. If a breach is confirmed, Pat PKR will take appropriate action which may include forfeiture of bonus-linked funds and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Pat PKR reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file or by a prominent notice on the Pat PKR platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor changes — such as clarifications, formatting corrections or addition of non-material supplementary rules — may be made without advance notification. The date of last update displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of Pat PKR after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
